Testa Rossa cylinder kits:

Designed for all out performance, the Testa Rossa flanged cylinder kits feature 7 ports, modular cylinder head, single ring piston, and a bridged exhaust port. Available in either 70cc or 94cc versions. The cylinder kits are required to be fitted to either the Malossi C-One or RC-One crankcase kits and matched to the required crankshaft.

MHR VHST 28 BS carb kit:

This 28mm dedicated carb kit for the C-One and RC-One crankcases has a modular inlet manifold system, designed by Malossi, to allow rotation of the carburettor to obtain the best position and angle of fitment. Supplied with a matching Malossi air filter.

Gorilla Arm racing engine mount:

On high powered race scooters the standard engine mounts are prone to damage, which is why Malossi have developed the “Gorilla Arm” race engine mount. The engine mount not only features exceptional strength against damage, but also allows a wide range of adjustments to be made. The engine mount is made from steel which is laser cut and TIG welded in strategic places to ensure excellent strength.

Malossi 182cc Cylinder Kit for Yamaha X Max & X City 125

Malossi offer for the Yamaha X Max 125 and X City 125, a dedicated 182cc cylinder kit.

Designed from the ground up for the Yamaha X Max 125 and X City 125, the cylinder kit utilises the impressive Force Master 2 ECU to handle the fuel injection duties. The Force Master 2 CDI unit offers outstanding performance, reliability and consistency of fuelling. It allows use of 4 different mappings, meaning the rider can personalise the feel and performance of the scooter. The owner can then choose the mapping best suited to the type of riding/use. This feature is unique and offers the rider a better balance and real value for money. The Force Master 2 ECU also raises the rev limiter by 1000 rpm to allow a higher top speed and better acceleration.

Manufactured from aluminium with a high content of hardened and tempered silicon and a silicon carbide coated liner which is machined on CNC machines to provide a tolerance of just 0.05mm. The cylinder is supplied with matched piston kit that has a special tin coating on the mating surfaces for a lower sliding resistance, as well as being lightened and reinforced for outstanding durability.

Malossi also manufacture of other performance products for the X Max and X City including: brake pads, exhaust system, clutches, camshaft, gear kit, torque driver, suspension, variator, kevlar drive belt, and more.

The new Polini Evolution exhaust system has been developed to achieve the maximum performance and power output from the Vespa 125cc engines fitted to the PX models equipped with a Polini cylinder kit. 

The expansion chamber is completely hand made from 11 cones and has a sporty aggressive look. Finished with an anodised black silencer with a 60mm outside diameter. The silencer has a removable end cap to allow the sound deadening material to be replaced easily for ongoing maintenance.

These combined features improve the overall performance of the scooter, both in acceleration and speed.
