NEW - Malossi Reed Valve Carb Kit For MHR 135cc Vespa Small Frame

Now available from VE (UK), the sole Factory appointed UK distributor for Malossi performance products, is the new reed valve carb kit for the Malossi MHR 135cc Vespa Small Frame cylinder kit.

The new reed valve carb kit has been designed to extract the maximum performance from the Malossi 135cc MHR cylinder, providing more torque throughout the rev range. Comprising of a rubber mount PHBL 25 carburettor, inlet manifold, reed block, performance air filter, blanking plates and all the required mounting hardware to complete the job, the reed valve carb kit allows a straightforward conversion to reed valve induction.

Malossi have a philosophy of “plug and play” when it comes to carburettor kits and with the addition of specific reed blocks for the MHR cylinder, performance, ease of installation, and reliability are assured. 

The reed valve carb kit is only for use with the Malossi MHR 135cc cylinder kit (part number VM315829). 

The combined cylinder and manifold kit can be fitted to the following models of Classic Vespa scooters: 
V100, V100 Sport, V90, V90 Racer, 90 SS, Primavera, PK 100 S, PK 100 XL, PK 125 ETS, and PK 125 S.

Malossi have introduced their new “Wild Lion” exhaust system for 50cc scooters, a standard replacement exhaust with extra performance.

The “Wild Lion” exhaust offers owners an attractively priced standard replacement exhaust system that is ‘E’ marked for road use, quiet in use, yet still offers a performance boost over the original system. Manufactured from mild steel, finished in a black epoxy coating, and bearing the Malossi lion on the die-cast aluminium heat shield, the exhaust has all the pedigree of the Malossi exhaust range. Internally the exhaust features a reinforced chicane baffle system, and has been coated with sound deadening materials to meet noise regulations for homologation.

Currently available for the following models of 50cc Automatic scooter: Piaggio NRG MC2, Piaggio NRG MC3, Piaggio NRG Power, Piaggio Typhoon >2010, Vespa ET2, Vespa LX, and Vespa S.

NEW - Pinasco Vespa PX Master & Slave Crankcases

Finding the perfect base for your Vespa PX tuning project has been made even easier by Pinasco with their new “Master” and “Slave” crankcases.
The new crankcases have seen some major improvements over the original casings with extra material being added around the transfer ports to allow for more porting modifications, larger flywheel bearing housing to use the T5 bearing, and reinforcement around critical parts of the casing.
The “Master” crankcase for the PX 200 uses rotary induction and takes all of the above refinements and more, and includes engine mounts, suspension mount, stud kit, and gaskets to build your project on.
The “Slave” crankcases are available for both the PX 125/150 and the PX 200 to provide the optimum platform for Vespa tuning. The “Slave” casings offer the same improvements as are included in the “Master” crankcase. The “Slave” crankcase is designed for reed valve induction, with a large 4 bolt mounted reed valve kit included, the tuning possibilities are almost endless. Included in both versions of the “Slave” crankcase case are engine mounts, suspension mount, engine stud kit, reed valve assembly, and gaskets.
Pinasco also manufacture a range of cylinder kits suitable for use with these cases, all of which are stocked by VE (UK). Furthermore a full range of bearings, gaskets, and oil seals that should be replaced during the build, are also stocked by VE.

NEW - Sava/Mitas 3.50x10 Race Tyres

VE (UK) have over 25 years of experience supplying scooter dealers with tyres for Classic Vespas and Lambrettas. The latest additions to the range comprises of the new 3.50x10 Race specification tyres from Sava/Mitas, from the MC0, a full race slick, to their MC 20R Monsum wet weather tyre. All the tyres have been developed to offer racers a competitive edge in grip, cornering, and braking performance.

MC 0
The MC 0 is a pure bred racing slick for those riders wanting the maximum grip on the circuit. Not suitable for road use. This tyre is available only in a soft compound.

MC 18
The MC18 modern Scooter tyre designed to suit all Classic Vespa and Lambretta owners that want that little extra from a tyre. A modern looking tyre with improved tyre design and rubber compounds to give excellent grip and durability. The MC18 is also used by racers to give excellent grip in damp/wet conditions. This tyre is available in a standard road compound.

MC 20R
The Sava/Mitas Monsum tyre excels in wet weather conditions thanks to its wet weather race developed tread pattern, designed to clear high volumes of water ensuring better grip on the tracks surface.This tyre is available in a standard road compound, and a soft compound..

MC 31
The MC31 is a competition specification tyre that has an optimised profile for quicker turn-in at higher speeds and quick course alterations. Optimum operating temperature is reached quickly ensuring maximum grip. Available in super soft, soft, and medium race compounds.

MC 35 S-Racer 2.0
The MC 35 S-Racer 2.0 builds on the success of the earlier S-Racer pattern with new profile with a greater lean angle capability with an increased contact patch throughout. The tyre also promotes better stability and handling whilst cornering due to the new profile. Available in super soft, soft, and medium race compounds.

NEW - Pinasco TUV Approved Vespa Tubeless Split Wheel Rims

Pinasco have taken their popular tubeless split wheel rims and updated the specification to meet TUV standards, which are available now through VE (UK).
The redesigned rims now feature ten allen headed bolts securing the rim halves together, as opposed to the five that were on the earlier version. The rims are 2.1” in width with the tyre channel running exactly centred to the frame of the scooter, which allows maximum stability both on large and small frame 10” wheeled Vespa models. 
The split rim utilises a sealing O’ring between the sections making the rim fully tubeless compatible and is supplied with a 90 degree valve, and all mounting hardware required for fitting. This patented design merges the benefits of tubeless and split rim design giving owners the advantages from both designs.
Should you suffer a puncture its simply a matter of fitting a inner tube as you would do with a normal rim, there is no need for specialist tyre fitting equipment to remove and refit your tyre, thereby ensuring a simple repair at the roadside.
The new Pinasco TUV approved wheel rims are competitively priced with an SRP of £73.88 incl Vat. for the silver rim, and £85.22 incl Vat. for the black version.
