VE (UK) are pleased to announce the release of new carburettor kits and intake manifold systems to suit the new Malossi 135cc Vespa cylinder kit.

These new items have been specially designed and calibrated for high performance motors having undergone intensive research and calculations to ensure the very best performance and reliability available.

The new carburettor kit includes a Dellorto PHBL 25 B, air filter, reed block adaptor, reed block, inlet manifold pipe, carb rubber and all required fittings to complete the conversion. While the inlet manifold kit includes reed block adaptor, reed block, inlet manifold pipe, carb rubber and associated fittings for those who all ready own a suitable carburettor.

Both the carburettor kit and the inlet manifold systems are available in two versions aimed at specific models of Classic Vespa scooters, with one suitable for fitment to the Vespa ET3, and the other for the Vespa ETS/PK/PK XL 125.

New Malossi 135cc Vespa cylinder kit

VE (UK) has some very important news with regards to the most widely recognised Vespa small frame performance cylinder kit ever manufactured.

After thirty years and many evolutionary steps the Malossi 135cc cylinder kit for the Vespa

90/90SS/100/Primavera/PK100-125S/ET3 has taken its biggest ever leap forward. The latest incarnation of the cylinder kit has had modifications made to all main rear transfer ports, exhaust port and inlet port, all seeing an increase of size. The new port sizes and timings allow for an improved torque output at lower RPM's to further enhance performance over the previous version.

The included cylinder head is manufactured from a special die-cast aluminium alloy with the heat exchange surfaces having been recalculated and increased in size to aid cooling. In addition the new cylinder head now features an o'ring gasket as well as centering lugs to ensure a perfect alignment every time.

Enhance your T-Max 500's braking

VE (UK) showcase the Grimeca upgraded double disc brake kit for the Yamaha T-Max 500.

Large powerful Maxi Scooters like the Yamaha T-Max 500 require efficient braking systems for the serious rider or when any engine tuning is undertaken. Grimeca, who have been recognised for a long time as one of the worlds leading brake manufacturers, produce a highly uprated front disc brake kit for the T-Max, that combines power and quality in a subtle yet impressive package.

The disc brake kit consists of two floating discs, two x four piston calipers, a master cylinder with adjustable lever, caliper mounting brackets, a front brake micro stop switch conversion kit, and all the required fittings and hardware required to install the system.

Of particular note is that Grimeca instead of one brake pad per side, have employed a "pad per piston" approach, to ensure excellent stopping power and enhanced brake balance across both calipers.

The uprated brake package is suitable for all Yamaha T-Max 500 machines from 2004 to 2007.
