The Malossi reed valve induction carb kit is available for the Vespa PX125, PX200, and T5. Featuring their new X360 inlet rubber for easy carb positioning within the scooters bodywork, allowing easier fitment of the included 30mm carb.

The Reed valve induction carb kit allows the PX and T5 owner to benefit from a larger inlet port and it allows the engine to set its own inlet timing, as it is always at the optimum setting. Based around the PHBH 30 carb from Dellorto, it offers the best compatibility for tuning possibilities when combined with a Malossi performance cylinder kit.

To get the absolute ultimate performance gains from the Malossi reed valve carb kit with a Malossi cylinder kit, certain crankcase modifications are required. We therefore recommend this work to be carried out by a mechanic who has experience in tuning high performance Vespa scooters.

For those owners who wish to convert their rotary valve fuel induction system over to a reed valve system, Malossi also supply the reed valve manifold induction kit separately so users can utilise their existing 30mm carb.

NEW - Vespa Small Frame Reinforced Gear Selectors

Owners of Vespa Small Frame scooters will welcome the latest product from VE (UK) with open arms.

Many riders who own tuned Small Framed Vespas will have had problems with their gears selectors slipping out of gear or gear selectors damaged because of that. VE (UK) are introducing a new reinforced gear selector for both the early and late 4 speed transmission Small Frame scooters.

The gear selectors have been designed and manufactured especially for tuned engines, and are suitable for fast road, sprint, and race use. Both selectors are supplied with an uprated selector spring and new selector ball for the complete solution.

The early gear selector has a height of 50.8mm while the late gear selector has a height of 50.2mm.

The new flyscreens have a light grey smoked finish and are supplied with all the mounting hardware and brackets required for a simple fitment.

This means that Classic 10" wheeled Vespa owners who have wanted the benefits of tubeless wheel rims, with the convenience of split rims can now have the best of both worlds! 

The new wheel rim is 2.1" in width with the tyre channel running exactly centred to the frame of the scooter, which allows maximum stability both on large and small frame Vespas. 

The split rim utilises a sealing o' ring between the sections making the rim fully tubeless compatible and is supplied with a 90 degree valve, and all mounting hardware required for fitting.

Should you suffer a puncture its simply a matter of fitting a inner tube as you would do with a normal rim, there is no need for specialist tyre fitting equipment to remove and refit your tyre, thereby ensuring a simple repair at the roadside.
