Spare wheel covers: are available in both 8” and 10” versions, featuring an elasticated skirt and hook and loop fastening to ensure a secure fit around any spare wheel combination. 

10” spare wheel covers: St. Andrews cross, Italian tri-colour on black, black & white Union Jack, black & white check, St. George’s cross, Italian flag, Mod target, Union Jack, Welsh flag, The Who, Italian tri-colour on white, black, dark blue, red, and white.

Backrest pad covers: VE offer two fitment options: The Purse style fits Cuppini backrests for both Vespa and Lambretta and uses a Velcro fastening to keep the cover in place. The Arch style fit the VE Actif rear carriers VE30503 and VE30504, and utilises a zip to keep the pad in place.

Vespa PX200 Gear Kits from VE (UK)

Owners wishing to change the gear ratios on their Classic Vespa PX 200 scooter are well catered for at VE (UK) with a range of options from Malossi, Pinasco, and Polini.

The range covers all model years of the Vespa that are fitted with a 7 spring, or the latest 8 spring clutch assemblies.

Malossi:

Malossi’s gear kits use straight cut teeth that have been developed to offer quieter running through the finishing processes used. Malossi utilise a digital testing machine to ensure a perfect match between the paired gears, before heat treating them. Ratios available for 7 spring drives: 23/64, 24/63. and ratios for 8 spring drives: 24/63, 23/64.

Pinasco:

Pinasco offer the Gransport and the Supersport sets for the PX200. Both clusters offer a closer ratio between 3rd and 4th gears for smoother gear changes with less power dip between 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Gransport tooth count: 12, 13, 16, 20. Supersport tooth count: 12, 13, 16, 19.

Polini:

Catering for the older PX 200s fitted with the 7 spring clutch assembly, Polini’s gear kit has a ratio of 23/64. The gear set is manufactured from a special grade of steel and produced entirely using CNC machines.

Vespa PX200 Performance Cylinder Kits From VE (UK)

One of the most popular upgrades for the iconic Vespa PX200 is a performance cylinder kit, with many options available from Malossi, Pinasco, and Polini.

In all cases where the 225cc kit is used a 60mm crank is required to take it to 225cc. Mazzucchelli offer a high quality 60mm crankshaft, available off the shelf from VE UK. 30mm Carbs are also available for all the brands listed, as

are a full range of exhausts and expansions.

Malossi:

Malossi manufacture three distinctive cylinder kits for the 200cc engine, catering for all levels of tuning from 210cc fast road/touring and race cylinders through to a 225cc race cylinder kit. 

Pinasco:

The Pinasco cylinder kits are made from the finest alloys, and deliver the quality you'd expect from such a respected name in the Vespa tuning field. Available in both 213cc and 225cc capacities. 

Polini:

Available in 207cc, 210cc, and 225cc capacities. The 207cc kit is manufactured from cast iron, with the 210cc and 225cc variants produced from aluminium.

Malossi oils:

Malossi produce a range of 2T and 4T performance oils in both semi-synthetic and fully synthetic formulations that have special additives making them suitable for use in both standard and tuned engines. The popular range of oils are used exclusively in the Malossi race series in Italy and the Malossi Piaggio Ape’ World Championship in the UK. Supplied in 1L bottles.

ENI oils:

ENI oils have for a long time been recognised by leading manufacturers as one of the market leaders. Seen at Formula One races and used by Ferrari, and other top automotive marques.
