NEW - 125cc Motorcycle Chains & Sprockets

Over time motorcycle chains stretch and drive sprockets wear, and it is essential that they are replaced when required to maintain a quiet, and efficient transmission.

VE (UK) now stock a range of sprockets and chains for many popular models of 125cc motorcycle manufactured by Aprilia, Beta, Derbi, Fantic, HM, Honda, Kymco, Reiju, and Yamaha amongst others.

The front drive sprockets are produced from SCM420 chromoly steel alloy, while the rear sprockets are manufactured from a C49 high carbon steel. These materials have been chosen to reduce sprocket and chain wear, thereby increasing the time between replacement.

The HDR 428 chains are manufactured using special steel alloys to meet or exceed the OE chain specification providing excellent transfer of power from the engine to the rear wheel. Featuring solid bush construction to resist distortion from repetitive shock loading resulting in a longer lifespan.

NEW - Newfren 125cc Motorcycle Clutch Kits

VE (UK) have some good news for owners of a Honda CBF/XR 125, Honda CBR 125, Yamaha XT/YBR 125, or Yamaha YZF-R 125 who are looking at replacing a worn clutch.

Newfren have released a new range of clutch kits for the 125 machines, which depending on fitment are available in either friction plate sets or a cork and steel kit, with a racing compound version also available for the CBR 125.

NEW - Scorpion Serket exhaust for the Peugeot Django 125/150

Scorpion Exhausts have have further increased their range of Scooter exhaust with their latest fitment for the Peugeot Django, available through factory appointed distributor VE (UK).

Available is either stainless steel or black, the system is supplied with all the required hardware for installation included in the box, and is suitable for fitting to either the 125cc/150cc versions of the scooter. 

Significantly lighter than the OE system, the exhaust has been developed and tested on a dyno to produce a marked increase in performance across the entire rev range. The exhaust can is also covered by Scorpions Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and corrosion, further reinforcing the products quality.

NEW - Pinasco 190cc RX Cylinder Kit for 125/150cc Vespa PX

VE (UK) showcase the latest performance cylinder kit from Italian Classic Vespa specialists Pinasco.

The new 190cc RX cylinder kit for the Vespa PX 125/150 has been developed specifically for the racing market while still offering excellent reliability for fast road use. Manufactured from aluminium featuring a boosted exhaust port, graphite coated piston kit, and increased port size and timings. The kit is supplied with a centre plug cylinder head that uses 8 head studs for perfect alignment, the new cylinder kit ticks all the boxes for all out performance.

Due to the increased cylinder height needed to obtain the 190cc capacity, a 60mm stroke crankshaft by Pinasco is also required for fitment.

Putoline Oils Now Available from VE (UK)

Putoline have been a firm favourite of scooterists over the years, with a range of high quality lubricants covering 2T, 4T, and Classic scooters now available from VE (UK).

S2: is a semi-synthetic 2-stroke oil. The product is suitable for Road and Off Road motorcycles, scooters and ATVs that are used under regular conditions. Use S2 for both pre-mix and autolube systems.

TT Sport: is a clean-burning, high performance 2-stroke oil. Suitable for both pre-mix and autolube systems.

MX5: a synthetic, high-grade 2-stroke Off Road oil. The product is recommended for use in MotoCross and Enduro engines and has been tested extensively on circuits all over the world.

Racing Grease: Racing Grease is a special, EP2, lithium complex grease. The product is of the highest quality and has excellent mechanical stability. Its fine structure will not allow oil separation. Racing Grease is water resistant and fully suited to race applications.  Available in 100g tubes or 600g tubs.
