Rollers: Malossi’s range of transmission rollers is comprehensive, with over 22 sizes of rollers available covering virtually every transmission currently available. 

Air and oil filters: The range of “Red Sponge” air filters are designed to replace the OE filter and are available in either a flat sponge configuration, or dedicated panel filters for certain Maxi scooters. Both style of filter have been designed to offer maximum filtration while retaining maximum airflow. 

Malossi’s “Red Chilli” oil filter range was to protect the engines that are used in their dedicated race events. Designed to trap even the smallest particle that may be present in the oil circulating the engine they make the perfect choice for road use.

Brake pads/shoes: Malossi offer their brake pads in three different compounds (depending on fitment), Sport, MHR, and Synt catering for all levels of use from road to race. Their “Power” brake shoes are also available for selected models of scooter, giving shorter stopping distances at increased operating temperatures with excellent product life.

NEW - Pinasco Bull Clutch for Large Frame Vespa

VE (UK) showcase the latest performance transmission upgrade for the large frame Vespa range from Italian Classic Vespa specialists Pinasco.

The new Pinasco “Bull Clutch” is based around a 12 spring design and features a high strength steel clutch bell which has been developed and tested on racing scooters up to 38CV of power. The bell has a swallowtail bushing and bell design which allows Pinasco to ensure minimal clutch drag, even under the toughest racing conditions.

Supplied with a clutch cork and steel set, bushing, spacer, and two strengths of clutch springs, allowing owners to change the feel of the clutch easily.

The “Bull Clutch” can be fitted to the Vespa Cosa , PX, T5, and LML Star 125 models.

NEW - Malossi Universal Flanged Carb Rubbers

New in at VE (UK) from Malossi are four universal flanged carb rubbers for a range of large diameter carburettors.

The Italian made carb rubbers are manufactured from high quality rubber and feature a rubber coated metal base plate with twin mounting holes. Common across many motorcycle fitments as well as performance Lambretta scooters with a suitable inlet manifold.

NEW - Vespa PX/PK Dual Keyway 1.8kg Flywheel

Now available from VE (UK) is a new flywheel that is suitable for fitment to both the PX and PK (large taper cranks) range of scooters.

The PK50 XL flywheel with large taper fitment was often converted for use on the PX by adding a second keyway, with a 1.8kg weight being lighter than the standard PX flywheel. This conversion was popular with tuners until the PK XL flywheel production was ceased many years ago.

The new flywheel has the same 1.8kg weight but comes pre-modified with two keyways, 1 for the PK and 1 for the PX, and will fit with the standard Ducati 6 pole ignitions on either the PK or PX (pre 2011). Electric start is not supported by the flywheel, but it can still be fit to electric start motors.

NEW - Pinasco 162cc Cylinder Kits for Vespa T5

Designed to complement their Master and Slave crankcases for the Vespa T5, Pinasco have released matching 162cc cylinder kits. 

The new cylinder kits for the T5 are manufactured from a Nikasil coated aluminium, with revised port timing, larger dual boosted exhaust port, and a centre plug cylinder head with centring dowels for perfect alignment.

Available in two distinct configurations, “Master” with traditional rotary valve induction, or the “Slave” for reed valve induction, both cylinders offer significant performance increases.

NEW - Universal Handlebar End Mirrors

Adding extra mirrors to any machine allows the user to observe whats happening behind more easily, and these new mirrors allow a wider view without cluttering the handlebars.

Manufactured from black anodised aluminium, the mirrors replace the standard handlebar end weights (hollow bars required), and are supplied as a pair. 

Fitting is simple, remove the end weights, and use the included tools to tighten the expanding plug to firmly grip the internal surface of the bar. The mirror heads can then be adjusted for tilt and angle and locked in to place with the allen bolts.

The wider angle of view is ideal for riders who regularly ride in cities, large groups, or find that their body blocks the standard fitted mirrors.
