Available in either stainless steel or ceramic black finishes, the system is supplied with all the required hardware for installation included in the box. 

Significantly lighter than the OE system, 3.3 kg as opposed to 5.3 kg, the exhaust has been developed and refined using a dyno to produce a marked increase in performance across the entire rev range. The exhaust can is also covered by Scorpions Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and corrosion, further reinforcing the products quality.

NEW - Malossi Kymco AK 550 K-Drive System

Following the success of the K-Drive system for the Yamaha T-Max 530, Malossi have announced the release of a K-Drive system for the Kymco AK-550.

Malossi K-Drive: The new “K-Drive” system allows the owner to fine tune the gearing range of the scooter by using a range of different crown and pinion gears to adjust the final ratio. Manufactured from hardened aluminium to not only reduce weight but also increase the products service life, the crown gear is currently available in a 57 tooth version with more sizes to follow. The pinion gears are also manufactured from the same hardened material and can be purchased in 24, 27, 28, and 29 tooth versions. Depending on the combination of gears used the final drive ratio can be altered from between 2.269:1 (standard) to 1.931:1.

NEW - Piaggio Liberty & Vespa S 125 Throttle Body/ECU & Manifold

Owners of early Vespa S125 or Piaggio Liberty 125 2 valve injection models who have a faulty throttle body/ECU will welcome the latest product from VE (UK).

Manufactured by Magneti Marelli in Italy, this direct replacement throttle body with built in ECU (VS19303), 9JP HW300,  is supplied as a complete unit with all pulleys and brackets pre attached. The part is equivalent to Piaggio part number CM084908, and VE’s price structure allows a cost effective repair when compared to OE prices. 

Also available is a replacement inlet manifold (VS19304) that is designed to match the throttle body. Additionally the inlet manifold can be used on the Piaggio Fly 125 and Vespa LX 125 2V scooters.

Handlebar to Frame Locks for Increased Security

Keeping your pride and joy safe and secure is an important matter that VE (UK) understand fully. 

The VE range of handlebar to frame locks offer a HI-VIS, high security method of securing your scooter. Mounted under the seat hinge assembly, the lock is stored around the front of the seat when not in use, and when you need to secure the scooter simply unlock the device and attach it to the end of your handlebars.

To further enhance the usability of the lock, VE (UK) also stock a “Stick Lock” upgrade which allows you to secure the scooter to a lamp post or similar. This also increases the security, and provides HI-VIS to ward off likely thieves.

NEW - Peugeot, Sym, & Scomadi 125cc Standard Cylinder Kit

Replacing a 4 stroke cylinder kit on a Scooter is normally a costly affair with the OE parts often running in to several hundred pounds. VE have introduced a cylinder kit for Peugeot, Sym, and Scomadi Euro 3 125cc scooter engines that helps reduce the overall cost of replacement.

The new cylinder kit is manufactured from aluminium with cast iron liner and is supplied with cylinder, piston, piston rings, gudgeon pin, piston circlips, and a top end gasket set. The cylinder is equivalent to Peugeot part number PE803282, and Sym part number 12100ARA000.

NEW - Universal Rear Brake Master Cylinder

VE (UK)s latest braking product simplifies rear disc brake conversion for any classic Vespa or Lambretta owner. 

The new universal rear brake master cylinder has mounting holes that are oval in shape allowing for a bolt spacing of between 40mm to 50mm. The kit is supplied with the master cylinder, pre assembled remote fluid reservoir, bleed bolt, and seals.

Malossi have released their popular “Over Range” transmission kit for the Kymco AK 550, available from VE (UK).

The new “Over Range” kit for the AK 550 is built around the latest generation of the Multivar variator, the “MHR Next”, which has improved roller ramp, and drive face angles to widen the gear range. These distinct changes further improves the smoothness of the acceleration and response as well as an improved power curve. 

Combined with the new larger diameter torque driver, and fixed half-pulley, which are also included, the “Over Range” kit gives a noticeable improvement over the standard transmission setup.
