The Honda SH300 is the latest Maxi scooter to undergo a tuning makeover by Malossi, with all parts available from VE (UK).

Malossi's power cams have been finely tuned to generate an optimal and progressive power increase across the rev range when fitted to any scooter. Designed to give a marked improvement in torque giving improved acceleration, especially when combined with Malossi’s RX performance exhaust system. The “RX” exhaust is 'E' marked for road use and saves around 3kg in weight compared to the OE system.

The new Forcemaster ECU features 4 mappings that allow you to take full advantage of the extra performance available after fitting the Malossi RX exhaust and Power Cam. The ECU also raises the rev limiter to 10000 rpm allowing for greater top speeds. Further performance can also be gained by adding the O2 controller to intercept signals from the Lambda sensor and optimising the fuel to air ratio for a noticeable difference across the whole rev range.

NEW - Yamaha T-Max 500 & 530 Starter Motor

VE (UK) have added a new starter motor for the Yamaha T-Max 500 (2008-2011) and T-Max 530 (2012-2016) scooters to their wide range of electrical products.

The starter motor is one of the highest wear electrical components on todays automatic scooters. It gets a hammering in normal use, and suffers more under strain in the colder weather. Should the starter motor fail on the T-Max it renders the machine unusable. Add to this water and dirt ingress, and wear is accelerated causing premature failure.

NEW - BGM Pro Touring Cranks for Vespa PX

Vespa PX owners looking for a high quality performance crankshaft will be very interested in the BGM Pro touring cranks now available from VE (UK).

Designed and manufactured to offer superb performance, these forged crankshafts have a much higher material density than their non-forged equivalents, resulting in a longer lasting crankshaft due to the stronger material. 

The lubrication channels have also been improved over OE crankshafts with the big end pin having two large slots and four pockets for oil delivery, whilst the small end features two holes for lubrication purposes.

Available for PX125 and PX200 engines with either a 57mm standard stroke length or 60mm stroke. The longer stroke option is an ideal choice for those increased cylinder capacities that require a 60mm crank, as well as being able to set the timing of the transfer and exhaust ports more easily.

Malossi Vespa PX Vespower Ignition Kits
