Malossi 183cc Cylinder Kit for Yamaha N-Max 125 Euro 4

Malossi have released a new cylinder kit for the Yamaha N-Max 125 Euro 4 specification machines, which is now available from VE (UK).

The new 183cc cylinder kit is manufactured from an aluminium alloy with a high content of silicon which has been machined on high precision CNC machines with a tolerance of just 0.05mm. Technical features include, recalculated heat exchange surfaces for more efficient cooling, ultra compact lightened and reinforced piston kit, and low friction piston rings.

The new cylinder kit requires the fitment of the Malossi Forcemaster 2 ECU (YM558095) which allows adjustment of the fuelling with 4 different maps and increases the rev limiter by 1000 rpm.

Vespa PX200 Pinasco 62mm Stroke Crankshaft

Pinasco, available through UK importer VE (UK), have developed a new competition crankshaft for the Vespa P200.

The new crank has a longer 62mm stroke length, with increased inlet timing to boost performance and is suitable for rotary induction. The fitted con-rod has a “H” shaped cross section for reduced weight and increased strength. A silver plated big end bearing supports the polished con-rod. The crankshaft has ben specifically developed to produce more torque and power across the full rev range.
