The Fly clutches have been designed and constructed to adapt perfectly to a standard machine and guarantee impeccable performance from the unit. The clutches are supplied pre-calibrated to the machine following exhaustive testing on Malossi accelerometer benches.

Included in the kit is a clutch Bell, which is a perfect companion to the Fly clutch. Forged from a special grade of steel with a carbon steel centre, the assembly is then surfaced hardened and fitted with a reinforcement ring ensuring that the drum remains round and true under the heat generated within the assembly through normal use.

Malossi Brake Pads

VE (UK) showcase braking components from Italian performance giants Malossi, with a range of performance brake pads for all levels of use, from road, to full race machines. The range of pads consists of Sport, MHR and MHR Synt versions.  

Malossi brake pads offer a huge braking performance when paired with their range of “Whoop” brake discs whilst maintaining a more than competitive price against standard replacement OEM pads. 

SPORT: feature increased braking life compared to the original pads and in addition they supply a greater braking power even at lower speeds. Suitable for road and commuter use.

MHR: are slower to reach working temperature but provide exceptional braking at elevated speeds where deceleration is needed the most.

MHR Synt: sintered pads are manufactured with a specific material that makes them an optimal choice for extreme riding conditions. Malossi recommends them for use on Maxi Scooters and for 70/80cc scooters with high performance specifications. This type of pad is 'not suitable' for use on cast iron discs.

The new high quality bearing set from Malossi offers significant benefits over standard replacement bearings available, with oversized balls, carbon nitride inner rings, steel and polymide cages to improve not only longevity but all lubrication properties. Malossi have also had the bearings designed with reinforcement to allow for greater loads for heavy duty applications.

NEW - Malossi PX200 Rotary Induction Crankcases

Back in November 2018, Malossi announced the forthcoming crankcases for the Vespa PX200 that are made in Italy, and VE (UK) are pleased to inform you that these fantastic products are now available to order.

The rotary induction (VM577245) crankcase is the first of the pair to be made available and is now available from stock. The reed valve induction version (VM577230) release date is imminent and pre-orders are now being taken. 

The rotary valve crankcase has the ability to reuse the standard SI series carburettors and retain the oil injection system, or can be used with larger carb kits if required. The crankcase has some great advantages over the standard item, replacing the M7 nuts and bolts that hold the halves together and replacing them with M8 Allen bolts that thread in to the opposing half. Furthermore, Malossi have arranged the transfer ports to line up perfectly with their Vespa PX200 cylinder kit range (210cc and 225cc) while still leaving plenty of material for those who wish to perform further tuning.

Malossi have also removed the need for the crankcase gasket, the main cause for oil leaks, and designed the new casings to be sealed with a gasket paste.

NEW - Malossi 80cc cylinder kit and Injtronic ECU for Piaggio iGet 50

With many of the Euro 4 50cc 4T scooters being heavily restrained in performance by the new regulations, Italian tuning specialists Malossi are constantly developing new parts for those machines. The latest products available from VE (UK) add a cylinder kit and ECU for the Piaggio and Vespa 50cc iGet Euro 4 2018 onwards machines.

Malossi 80cc cylinder kit (VM317771): The new 80cc cylinder kit is manufactured from an aluminium alloy with a high content of silicon which has been machined on high precision CNC machines with a tolerance of just 0.05mm. Technical features include, recalculated heat exchange surfaces for more efficient cooling, ultra compact lightened and reinforced piston kit, and low friction piston rings. The cylinder kit must be used in conjunction with the Injtronic ECU (VM558409).

Malossi Injtronic ECU (VM558409): The Injtronic ECU must be fitted alongside the Malossi 80cc cylinder kit which allows the scooters fuel system to be corrected for the larger capacity cylinder, as well as raising the rev limiter by 1000rpm.

BGM Pro HPC Lambretta Cranks

Lambretta owners looking for a high quality performance crankshaft will be very interested in the BGM Pro HPC cranks available from VE (UK).

Designed and manufactured to offer superb performance, these forged crankshafts have a much higher material density than their non-forged equivalents, resulting in a longer lasting crankshaft due to the stronger material.

The lubrication channels have also been improved over OE crankshafts with the big end pin having two large slots and four pockets for oil delivery, whilst the small end features two holes for lubrication purposes.

Suitable for Lambretta Li/SX/TV/GP models, the cranks are available in a range of stroke and con-rod lengths and require a GP taper flywheel.
