NEW - Scorpion Serket for Honda Forza 300 2018/2019

VE (UK), the factory appointed UK distributor for Scorpion scooter exhausts, stock their complete range of systems for 4T Automatic scooters and Moto 125 machines. The latest addition to the range is the Serket for the Honda Forza 300 2018/2019 models.

The new exhaust system is available in either brushed stainless steel or ceramic black finishes with mandrel bent pipework for smooth gas flow, and weighs in at an impressive 3.6kg, saving 3.3kg in weight over the standard OE exhaust. 

The exhaust has been designed to enhance the scooters aerodynamic styling and features a removable db killer for track use. The exhaust system also removes the factory fitted catalytic converter to release extra power from the engine. As the cat is removed from the bike the exhaust is not EC approved for road use.  

The exhaust systems are supplied with all the required hardware for installation included in the box.

Founded over 60 years ago Nisa have a long heritage, crafting beautiful hand made seats for classic scooters in Italy, using the finest raw materials to produce a product that last for many years.

The attention to detail put in to every seat shows, metal based seat frames are finished in a durable powder coating, and hand pressed rivets/tabs where required (model dependent). Each and every seat is a hand finished artisan product using PU foam padding for the perfect fit and upmost comfort.

Nisa have also purchased the exclusive rights to produce the original Giuliari Yankee seat following the original design specifications.

NEW - Malossi 30mm Carb Kit for Vespa PX 200 VR-One Crankcases

If you are planning to upgrade your Vespa PX 200 to the soon to be released Malossi VR-One crankcases and need to add a larger carb to complete the job, VE (UK) can help.

The new Malossi 30mm carb kit (VM168262) is based around the Dellorto PHBH30 carb, and includes carb adaptor, cables, and jubilee clips to complete the job. An inlet manifold is not supplied as the Malossi VR-One (VM577230) casings include a specific reed valve inlet manifold. 

The carb kit offers the best scope for further tuning possibilities when combined with any of the Malossi cylinder kits that are compatible with the VR-One casing.

As always VE (UK) recommend that any major tuning work is carried out by a mechanic who has experience in tuning high performance Vespa scooters.

Malossi manufacture a cush drive repair kit that is available through UK importer VE (UK).

The cush drive sits between the primary drive gears and the gear cluster, and is designed to absorb the forces involved between the crankshaft and gearbox, and ease the engagement of the gears.

On standard engines the amount of force applied to this crucial component could eventually lead to broken springs, which is why Malossi’s kit includes stronger parts that can handle heavily tuned engines.

The kit (VM074084) is suitable for effecting a repair on the following models of classic Vespa: PX, T5, Cosa, 125 GTR, 150 GL, 150 Sprint, 150 Super, GS 160, SS180, and Rally.
