Mugello cylinder kits have long been highly regarded as the cylinder of choice for Lambretta owners looking for more performance whilst retaining a standard cylinder layout.

The 200cc Mugello cylinder follows the same lines retaining a standard layout while adding 2 extra transfer ports for increased performance when compared to the original 200cc cylinder.

This layout allows you to use a standard carb and exhaust if required but they are best suited to 24/25mm carbs and clubman style exhausts for touring use. For owners wanting a little more power they can also be used with a 30mm carb and expansion chamber exhaust systems with great effect.

Manufactured completely from alloy with a Nikasil plated bore, the cylinder is supplied with everything required for fitting to your Lambretta 200cc GP/SX/TV.

NEW - Vespa 50 Special Twin Filament Headlamp

Owners of a Vespa 50 Special (small frame) who have made tuning modifications to their scooters may need to upgrade their headlamp to comply with MOT regulations. VE (UK) now stock a replacement headlamp that takes a twin filament bulb.

The new headlamp is supplied with a matching bulb holder that uses the BA20d Bosch cap main/dip style bulbs. The lamp connects directly to the 2 headlamp springs and is larger in size, therefore removing the need for the internal headlamp rim. The headlamp is suitable for non halogen bulbs only.

NEW - Malossi Delta Clutch System For Honda Forza 125

Malossi have launched a new “Delta Clutch System” for the Maxi Scooter market. Their latest fitment caters for owners of the Honda Forza 125.

The “Delta” clutch is a fully adjustable assembly suitable for both road or track use. The perfect operation of this device is fundamental to obtaining a good start from standstill, and exiting from tight bends, where the speed of the vehicle is critical. The advantages offered by the “Delta” clutch when compared with the standard unit is massive, even for a road vehicle, because it allows sophisticated tuning options for a very wide range of engine revs. 

Supplied as a clutch system complete with matching 135mm clutch drum.

NEW - Lambretta Seats from VE (UK)

Original Italian Pegasus and Gori seats command a high price and are very hard to come by, thats why VE (UK) have introduced these two high quality replicas to make them available to everyone.

The Pegasus styled seat is available in a dark brown vinyl with contrasting panels and piping. Fitted with a wide seat strap. The seat features a metal base and a seat release catch. This seat can be fitted to Li Series 1/2/3, SX, TV Series 1/2/3, and GP models.  

For those who like something a little sportier, the Gori style extra long Ancillotti seat is finished in black vinyl, and has a metal base with seat release catch. This seat can be fitted to Li Series 2/3, SX, TV Series 2/3, and GP models.

Both seats include a new 4 hole seat catch plate.

NEW - Malossi Vespa PX200 Crankcases

Following the Eicma 2018 show in Milan Italy, VE (UK) are excited to announce the upcoming release of two new Vespa PX 200 crankcase from Malossi.

Available in both rotary valve induction (VM577245) and reed valve induction (VM577230), the new casings provide the ideal foundation for building your next performance engine.

The rotary valve crankcase has the ability to reuse the standard SI series carburettors and retain the oil injection system, or can be used with larger carb kits if required. The reed valve crankcase is supplied with a reed valve manifold for carbs up to 30mm in diameter, and has been designed to use a much larger reed block that is equivalent in size to a 6 petal block.

The crankcases have some great advantages over the standard item, replacing the M7 bolts that hold the halves together and replacing them with M8 bolts, and reinforced bolt mounting areas for increased strength in critical areas. Furthermore, Malossi have arranged the transfer ports to line up perfectly with their Vespa PX200 cylinder kit range.

With Malossi’s heritage in Vespa tuning, the new crankcases are sure to be a very popular starting point for performance engine builders looking for excellent reliability, with outstanding quality of finish.

NEW - Malossi Injtronic ECU's for Euro 4 2T 50cc Machines

With emissions rules getting tighter each year, Malossi have developed their new “INJTRONIC” ECU for a range of Euro 4 specification machines, all of which are available through VE (UK).

Designed to offer a “Plug & Play” solution, the “Injtronic” replaces the original ECU giving major improvements over the stock item. This also means that no other sensors are required to be changed from the original parts.

The new ECU increases the rev limiter to 15000 rpm allowing for more performance, while at the same time controlling the secondary air supply (SAS) valve which sits at the bottom of the throttle body. By controlling the SAS valve, the ECU allows a reduction in emissions and optimises engine performance under all operating conditions. Furthermore the ECU modifies the ignition timing map based on engine speed and temperature, which allows for further performance gains.
