VE (UK), official wholesale importer of Polini performance products, are excited to announce the release of their new exhaust system for the Vespa P125 range of scooters.

The new Polini Evolution exhaust system has been developed to achieve the maximum performance and power output from the Vespa 125cc engines fitted to the PX models equipped with a Polini cylinder kit. 

The expansion chamber is completely hand made from 11 cones and has a sporty aggressive look. Finished with an anodised black silencer with a 60mm outside diameter. The silencer has a removable end cap to allow the sound deadening material to be replaced easily for ongoing maintenance.

These combined features improve the overall performance of the scooter, both in acceleration and speed.

Pinasco, a name renowned for producing some of the most loved classic Vespa cylinder kits, now produce a new range of modified gear clusters for Classic Vespas.

Their years of expertise in Classic Vespa tunings led to the development of these modified gear clusters with closer ratios in both 3rd and 4th gears. 

Large Frame gear clusters:

Gransport: has a lower tooth count of 12, 13, 16 and 20 teeth, bringing 3rd and 4th gears closer for smoother gear changes with less power dip between 2nd, 3rd and 4th. 

Supersport: has a tooth count of  12, 13, 16, and 19, bringing 3rd and 4th gears even closer. Perfect for highly tuned scooters.

Both kits are suitable for fitment to the Vespa Cosa, PX, Rally 200, and T5 scooters.

Small Frame gear clusters:

NEW - Malossi Reed Valve Inlet Manifold Kit For Vespa Small Frame

Now available from VE (UK), the sole Factory appointed UK distributor for Malossi performance products, is the new reed valve inlet manifold kit for the Malossi MHR 135cc Vespa Small Frame cylinder kit.

The new reed valve inlet manifold kit has been designed to extract the maximum performance from the Malossi MHR cylinder. Specifically intended to be used with a carburettor from 25mm to 30mm in size, the inlet manifold kit has been developed using fluid dynamics software to keep an almost straight path from the carburettor to intake. The new manifold kit also allows the carburettor to remain within the confines of the scooters bodywork, positioning the carb in the standard position, thus removing the bodywork modifications that are often associated with carbs over 25mm. 

The manifold kit is only for use with the Malossi MHR 135cc cylinder kit (part number VM315829). 

The combined cylinder and manifold kit can be fitted to the following models of Classic Vespa scooters: 

V100, V100 Sport, V90, V90 Racer, 90 SS, Primavera, PK 100 S, PK 100 XL, PK 125 ETS, and PK 125 S.

NEW - Ignition Parts for Vespa PX 125 Disc 2011>

VE (UK) have increased their electrical product range for the 2011> Vespa PX  125 scooters with three new products.

The new products include a CDI unit, stator plate, and flywheel with starter ring gear. These products are specifically for the later models of the PX 125 disc which use different components to earlier models.
