The new lock sets are available for the Peugeot Kisbee, Peugeot Speedfight 3, and the Vivacity 3. The lock sets are supplied complete with ignition barrel lock, under seat storage lock, and two keys. These high quality lock sets offer an easy way for owners who have either lost their keys or had their scooter stolen and recovered to replace their existing lock set with the minimum of fuss.

NEW - Malossi Force Master CDI for the Honda Vision 50cc 2011>

Owners of the Honda Vision 50 4T 2011> who have fitted the Malossi variator and want to further enhance their scooters performance, without fitting a larger capacity cylinder kit, will be interested to learn of the new Malossi “Force Master” ECU for their machine.

The new “Force Master” ECU allows owners an easy upgrade path for future tuning, as well as improving the performance of the standard scooter thanks to its three dedicated mapping profiles.

Map 1: Standard scooter with adjusted rev limiter allowing an increase of 1000 rpm.

Map 2: Standard scooter fitted with Malossi cylinder kit.

Map 3: Standard scooter fitted with Malossi cylinder kit and Malossi exhaust system.

The increase in RPM allows for improved acceleration with a higher top speed.

Pinasco Gas Flowed Crankshafts for Classic Vespa

The crankshafts are manufactured from a forged steel which has been CNC machined, heat treated, and balanced to produce a product, that not only delivers excellent quality but also performance, and reliability. The con-rod fitted to the crank is also produced from forged steel, and has been designed for maximum reliability even under the heaviest loads.

Although the crankshafts have been designed to give the maximum possible performance with the corresponding Pinasco cylinder kits, both items are fully compatible with the standard engine configuration.

NEW - Malossi Cylinder Kit for the Honda Vision 50cc 4T 2011>

Building on the success of their Multivar variator for the Honda Vision 50cc 4T, Malossi have released a new performance cylinder kit for owners looking to improve performance even further.

The new 83cc cylinder kit is manufactured from an aluminium alloy with a high content of silicon which has been machined on high precision CNC machines with a tolerance of just 0.05mm. Technical features include, recalculated heat exchange surfaces for more efficient cooling, ultra compact lightened and reinforced piston kit, and low friction piston rings.

The cylinder kit is supplied with a custom mapped ForceMaster CDI. The Force Master CDI includes 3 different mappings for personalising the feel and performance of the scooter. The owner can then choose the mappings best suited to the type of riding/use. This feature is unique and offers the rider a better balance of value for money.

Malossi Air and Oil Filtration

Malossi, imported exclusively in the UK by VE (UK), manufacture a wide range of  high performance oil filters, as well as a both standard and performance air filter range .

To protect the engines that Malossi use in their dedicated race events they developed the “Red Chilli” range of oil filters. Designed to trap even the smallest particle that may be present in the oil circulating the engine, they also perform flawlessly over an extreme temperature range from below zero degrees centigrade to in excess of normal working temperatures. This makes them perfect for every day use on the road as well as the race track.

The range of standard air filters are designed to replace the OE filter element and are available in either a flat sponge configuration, or dedicated panel filters for certain Maxi scooters.  Both styles of filter utilise a special fine sponge material to remove smaller particles compared to the original filter, whilst maintaining a higher flow rate of air through the filter.

Furthermore, certain models of scooter can benefit from the “Double Red” sponge filter, that uses a second even finer sponge layer to remove microscopic dust particles. This provides extra protection to the engine from airborne contaminants.
