T-Max Malossi Power

We are pleased to inform you of the Malossi T-MAX products available from VE (UK), the official UK exclusive importer for all Malossi Performance Products.


Malossi have developed the following range of items for the Yamaha T-Max for use in their very successful race series in Italy, and have developed them over a considerable amount of race research and development.

Malossi have pulled out all the stops once again and produced a 560cc cylinder kit for the Yamaha T-Max 500. The single block alloy twin cylinder is produced from a special blend of alloys that is hardened and stress relieved and machined to extremely tight tolerances that you have come to expect from all Malossi products. Malossi have worked their magic to produce a product that will see an increase of approximately 15% increase in overall power. The cylinder kit is available for both the 5UV and 4B5 engine designations which covers all models of the T-Max from 2004 onwards.

For those owners who do not want to increase the capacity of their machine to 560cc, Malossi have also produced a special set of replacement pistons to be used with the original 500cc cylinders. The Pistons have an increased compression ratio to gain that little bit more oomph that users so often desire. These carry the VE (UK) part number of YM343706.
