Immobiliser Free Replacement CDI Units For Peugeot 4T Scooters

Losing the coded key for your Peugeot Elyseo or Elystar normally means a costly repair using OE components. VE (UK) now has a simple solution for owners who have misplaced their coded key.

This new CDI unit for the Peugeot Scooters simply plugs in place of the original CDI bypassing the immobiliser and negating the need for the coded key. Suitable for Peugeot Elyseo and Elystar scooters which use the ACI100.02 unit, this method of repair offers a significant saving over obtaining replacement OE ignition components.

VE (UK) also stock replacement immobiliser free CDI units to replace the ACI100 and AEC400 CDI's on 2T Peugeot scooters.

New Malossi X360 Inlet Manifold Kits

Getting the perfect mounting position for the carb on a scooter can be troublesome with so many components and frame tubes to avoid. Malossi have released a design of inlet manifold that overcomes this issue in a snap. The new X360 manifolds are a two piece unit comprising of a separate carb mounting rubber and base plate, ensuring that no matter what stands in the way, a position can be found that clears any obstructions. Simple to assemble, install, and adjust, the X360 is a simple but effective solution to an age old problem.

Available for Aprilia, Derbi, Gilera, Piaggio and Vespa 50cc machines fitted with VHST, PHBG, PHVB, PHBL, and PHBH Dellorto carbs. In addition, a version is also available for selected Aprilia, Benelli, Beta, Dinli, Garelli, Italjet, Malaguti, MBK, and Yamaha 50cc scooters fitted with a 28 or 30mm carb.

When it comes to aftermarket styling parts and screens, Biondi, really do offer a complete package. Their latest additions to their extensive range cover the popular Yamaha YZF-R 125.

Biondi's Cupolino sports screen offers the rider a more streamlined front end, directing more wind over the rider than the standard unit and is manufactured from a high grade smoked acrylic with a more pronounced hump. Malossi Roller Bearing Gear Box End Plates

Malossi are renowned the world over for manufacturing class leading and ground breaking performance products for all capacities of scooter from 50cc through to 800cc, their latest innovation is the Roller bearing gearbox end plate available for Piaggio/Gilera and Minarelli engines.

The standard gearbox plate relies solely on lubricant between direct metal to metal surfaces, which if not maintained, over time leads to wear either in the gear mounting recesses or wear to the gears and shafts themselves, meaning a costly repair. The Malossi unit has replaced these direct metal to metal contact points with needle and ball bearing races to lower friction on the gear set by up to 8% for the MHR version, ensuring smoother running, less wear and more importantly more power to the rear wheel.

Athena AM6 80cc Power Valve Cylinder Kit

Athena's latest performance cylinder kit for the Minarelli AM6 motor has been unveiled and is available now through the VE (UK) dealer network.

The new cylinder has a capacity of 80cc and draws on their years of experience in producing fantastic cylinder kits for the Moto 50 market. What makes this cylinder different to Athena's competitor’s offerings is the inclusion of a power valve to gain the best possible performance across the entire rev range. The diaphragm actuated power valve combines the best of both worlds, torque at low RPM and high RPM performance. The diaphragm actuation is solely reliant on the exhaust gas pressure, ensuring reliability and ease of setup.

All in all, this fantastic cylinder kit offers the rider with the upmost performance for their money.
