All of Giannelli's scooter exhaust systems are the end result of extensive and exhaustive testing and development in their research and development department, each system fitment is hand tailored to provide the optimum performance for the scooter it is being designed for.

Rekord
The "REKORD" system is produced from a mild steel clear lacquered finish for the main body, with a new style of stainless steel end can, featuring a composite muffler exit cover to further enhance the clean flowing lines of the new exhaust. The exhaust is ‘E’ marked for road use and will enhance the look and performance of any scooter it is fitted to. The Rekord is available for over 35 different scooter models from leading scooter manufacturers such as, Aprilia, Gilera, MBK, Peugeot, Piaggio and Yamaha.

Reverse
The "REVERSE" range of exhausts have been developed by Giannelli R&D to offer a top level system at a fantastic price. The main chamber is hand welded and the inner cone-shaped structure provides performance at a higher rev range whilst being road legal. Available for a wide range of 50/70cc scooters.

Extra/Extra CR
The "EXTRA" line of exhausts is a high quality product range with an excellent quality/price relationship. It is homologated according to EEC regulations and is produced for a great number of manufacturers 50cc models. Its main body is built using the most sophisticated robotic M.I.G. welding process and a perforated counter cone specifically designed to enhance the exhaust’s performance is placed inside in order to obtain the best performance possible for a street legal exhaust. The exhaust’s muffler is reversed and is made of carbon fibre with a chromed end cap and tail pipe. Also available in a chromed finish.

Next
The "NEXT" line of exhausts are high quality systems with an excellent quality/price relationship. Its main body is built with a sophisticated robotic M.I.G. welding process from mild steel and is finished off with an alloy muffler which is reversed. A perforated counter cone specifically designed to enhance the exhaust’s performance is placed inside in order to obtain the best performance possible for a street legal exhaust. These details give the exhaust an excellent sporty look, whilst maintaining the level of noise emissions within the limits established by European laws. The replacement of stock transmission springs and rollers, for some models only, with the ones included in the exhaust kit, will further enhance the scooter’s performance.

Shot
The "SHOT" series is Giannelli Silencer’s state of the art line of "Racing Exhausts". These exhausts are designed to improve the performance of all scooters with modified cylinder group and upgraded carburettor. They are composed by a handcrafted expansion body assembled using oxyacetylene welding processes, and by a reversed silencer made of carbon fibre. The exhaust is made of high quality steel which makes it very resistant while reducing its weight of about 60% compared to the scooter’s stock exhaust. All the components of these exhausts are handcrafted in order to guarantee maximum care to all the details. The Shot is for racing use, but incredibly it is homologated for road use. The Shot is a great system and available for over 37 different scooter models from many of the leading scooter manufacturers such as, Aprilia, Gilera, MBK, Piaggio and Yamaha.
