Designed to offer the maximum performance whilst providing a long product life, the “MHR Replica” cylinder kits have been refined over the years to become one of the most reliable, cost effective ways of increasing a machines capacity, whilst still retaining the peace of mind of quality Italian engineering.
The cylinder kits are manufactured from a Nikasil plated aluminium alloy with a high content of hardened and tempered silicone, and to ensure a long product life, Malossi use a piston that has two chrome plated rectangular cross section piston rings.
Available in either 40mm (50cc) diameter or 50mm (80cc) diameter configurations dependant on machine fitments.
The “MHR Replica” cylinder kits are available for Moto 50 machines from leading manufacturers including: Aprilia, Beta, Derbi, Fantic, Gilera, Husqvarna, Malaguti, MBK, Peugeot, Rieju, and Yamaha.
