New Mazzuchelli Crankshaft For Vespa 200 Reed Valve Engines

This new Mazzucchelli bell shaped 60mm stroke crank for reed valve induction Vespa 200cc engines offers great benefits over conventional crankshaft designs.

The design of this crank lowers the primary compression of the engine, allowing a greater volume of fuel mixture to enter the crankcase. When combined with a powerful expansion chamber exhausts reverse pulse, it enables more fuel mixture to be available during combustion. Furthermore, the symmetrically arranged, bell shaped design allows an unhindered flow of fuel mixture and also helps prevent the crankshaft twisting due to the equal weight of the webs.

Appointed UK supplier VE (UK) offers a full range of scooter Mazzucchelli crankshafts, con-rods, and bearings from stock.

In addition the crankshaft is exactly weighted to counterbalance the Malossi CVF piston and has a manufacturing tolerance of just 2% at the bearing.

Suitable for fitment to the following classic Vespa models:    Rally 200, PX200 EFL, PX200 Disc, PX200E, P200E, & Cosa 200
