Pinasco, a great Italian name renowned for producing classic Vespa cylinder kits, manufacture a 177cc cylinder kit in alloy, and cast iron versions for the ever popular Vespa PX 125/150 and the 2 stroke LML 125/150 scooters, both of which are available from VE (UK).

Both cylinder kits offer a marked improvement in performance over the standard cylinder, and while they both are of the same capacity, they feature different port timing configurations with the alloy version producing the greater increase in performance. Both cylinder kits include a matched cylinder head.

For owners looking to gain even more performance from their Pinasco 177cc cylinder, upgraded centre plug heads are also available which allow better fuel combustion, therefore increasing power. Pinasco have also manufactured a modified cowl with the plug hole relocated to match their centre plug VRH heads. 

In addition to the 177cc cylinder kits, also available from Pinasco for the Vespa PX 125 is a chrome performance exhaust system, Flytech variable ignition system, fast flow fuel inlet kit for the standard SI carburettor, clutch spring and cap set, front and rear dampers, and for oil injection models, a larger capacity air box.
