Malossi's 4T cylinder kits are manufactured from high grade alloys and machined to exact tolerances to ensure the best possible performance whilst still maintaining reliability. 

For those machines where a modified CDI unit is required with fuel mappings to suit the new cylinder kit, Malossi supply their outstanding "Force Master 2" which includes three different maps for personalising the feel and performance of the scooter. This feature is unique and offers the rider a fantastic balance of value for money.

Malossi 4 stroke cylinder kits are available for a wide range of automatic scooters from manufacturers including: Aprilia, Benelli, Baotian, Derbi, Gilera, Honda, Italjet, Keeway, Kymco, Malaguti, MBK, Peugeot, Piaggio, Sym, Vespa, and Yamaha.

Also available from Malossi for the range of 4 stroke Automatic scooters are such other items as Camshafts, Variators, Torque drivers, Half pulleys, Kevlar belts, Exhausts, and more, all designed to complement and further enhance the increased performance from fitting a performance cylinder kit.
