Made from the best grades of alloy available and featuring multi port technology, bridged exhaust ports, special piston with single ring, and high compression cylinder head. These cylinder kits are designed to give superb performance when set up with a suitable performance exhaust, carb, and transmission. These kits are a specialised range designed expressly for RACE ONLY use. RRP prices are extremely competitive and as you can expect the performance and value for money is extremely good. It is however, recommended that these kits are fitted by technicians who have experience with performance related scooter race products. All other Athena engine related race products, i.e., Variator's, Cranks, Carbs, Clutches, Gearing, Exhausts, etc are stocked by VE (UK).
The Athena race cylinder kits are available for scooters with the following engine types: Minarelli Horizontal Air Cooled with 12mm pin, Piaggio Air Cooled, Piaggio Liquid Cooled, Minarelli Liquid Cooled with 12mm pin, Peugeot Speedfight LC, and CPI engines with 12mm pin.
