New Malossi PTFE Classic Vespa Oil Seal Kits

VE (UK) showcase the new Malossi Classic Vespa oil seal kits that offer lower friction thanks to the use of PTFE in their construction.

The new range of Classic Vespa oil seals are an ideal choice when rebuilding any engine, no matter if its final use is destined for the track or the road, with all owners being able to benefit from the inherent properties of the materials used.

Each oil seal is built around a carbon steel structure for strength and encapsulated with FKM , a special mix of synthetic rubber and fluoroploymer elastomers, with the auxiliary dust and primary sealing lips manufactured from PTFE. The use of PTFE ensures a very low friction and high wear resistance on the rotating mating surfaces. 

To maintain a constant pressure on the rotating shafts, Malossi have utilised a stainless steel spring for added durability.

Designed through Malossi's experience on the race track, the oil seals have been throughly tested under the extreme loads found on racing engines. The use of these advanced material technologies ensures the highest product quality, which is, as always, the driving force behind all of the Malossi product range.

New Malossi 166cc Cylinder Kits For Aprilia & Derbi 125 Motorcycles

VE (UK) are pleased to announce the arrival of Malossi's new 166cc cylinder kits for the latest Aprilia and Derbi 125cc 4 valve 4T motorcycles.

Available in two versions to suit fuel injected and carburettor models, the cylinders are manufactured from aluminium alloy with the liner plated in Nikasil. Final machining of the cylinder with CNC machines ensures a tolerance of less than 0.05mm resulting in a perfect cylinder to piston interface.

The fuel injected version of the cylinder is also supplied with Malossi's "Force Master 2" CDI unit that has four different pre-configured mappings to suit various tuning configurations. In addition the CDI unit also raises the rev limiter by 1000rpm allowing not only a greater top speed but also improved acceleration throughout the gear range.

LeoVince ZX-R

The ZX-R exhaust sets a new frontier in high performance scooter exhaust systems, blending performance, design, and aesthetics in a package that simply exudes quality and style. The muffler design features a stainless steel body wrapped in quality carbon fibre and a new enlarged exit pipe. The main chamber of the exhaust is produced from high grade steel with an open double chamber structure, with sound deadening material covering the internal surfaces of the chamber. 

Although the exhausts design features all point towards the fast pace of the racing circuit, it is fully homologated to allow the user to use the system on the public highways. To complete the LeoVince ZX-R package the system is supplied with a set of rollers and clutch springs, allowing the user to get the most out of the exhaust straight from the box.

LeoVince TT

The LeoVince TT range manages to combine high performance, quality design at competitive price levels. The CE marked system features an expansion chamber made of 10/10 mm steel with an "open" double chamber structure, combined with a rounded shaped silencer made of stainless steel and skinned with a polished alloy. The exhaust also comes with a set of springs and rollers to boost the variator performance according to the particular features of the exhaust and engine for which it has been developed.

RX exhaust: The “RX” exhaust range is 'E' marked for road use and has been completely developed from the ground up utilising the very best materials available. Not only does the “RX” line feature a vast range of technological advances but it has also been developed to save weight over a standard system, in fact, an “RX” system weighs on average just 3.5kg, and with some fitments a weight saving of up to 3kg may be made.

The Malossi "RX" exhaust system is available for over 40 models of Maxi Scooter from leading manufacturers including Aprilia, Honda, Keeway, Kymco, MBK, Piaggio, Suzuki, Vespa, and Yamaha.

Art of Performance exhaust: This new exhaust system has been produced from a special sheet steel that has been manufactured by using a combination of T.I.G and M.I.G welding of the cone sections enclosing silencer baffles. Finished in a clear coat finish with a graffiti style muffler badge, the exhaust boosts performance for the scooter across the entire rev range. The exhaust system is 'E' marked for road use.
