The 3D manufacturing process which has been patented by NZI allows full photographic quality images to placed directly on to the helmets shell during manufacturing without stickers, vinyl, or transfers, and then sealed using either a matt or gloss finish resulting in a brighter, hard wearing finish that will last the life of the helmet.
