Lambretta Series 3 owners looking to upgrade or overhaul their transmission will be pleased to learn of VE (UK)s latest parts for their machines.
The new lightened clutch sprockets are available in either 46 tooth or 47 tooth configurations and have been machined to reduce the rotational mass of the sprocket, whilst still maintaining overall strength. Furthermore, the inside of the sprocket has been machined to allow extra depth for the clutch plate stack allowing easier fitment of uprated clutches.
VE (UK) have also introduced a range of front sprockets which are available in 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 tooth variants, allowing owners to change their overall gear ratio easily.
All of the new transmission parts are manufactured in Italy from steel which has been heat treated and tempered for excellent lifespan.
