VE (UK) have some great news for owners of Vespa PX 125/150 and LML Star 125 scooters who are looking at upgrading to reed valve induction. VE have reed valve cases available, and most existing parts will simply swap over from the rotary engine, with only minor modifications required for earlier non electric start models.
The new LML reed valve induction crankcase can be also be used to replace the crankcases on Vespa and LML rotary valve induction scooters, saving time and money compared to modifying their existing cases, or as an excellent base for a new engine build. SRP for the reed valve cases are £185.98 incl Vat.
VE (UK) also stock a full range of bearings, gaskets, and oil seals that should be replaced during the rebuild.
